How to claim your prize:

1. Winners may claim their prizes at the Idea1 Regional Office, located at 152 K-10th St., East Kamias, Quezon City.

2. Raffle winners must present the following to claim their prizes: Registered mail and printout of the email, 2 valid IDs (e.g. driver’s license, passport, SSS ID, etc.), Original copy of Actual Receipt or printout of receipt if purchase was done online.

3. If a representative will claim the prize, the representative must present the following to claim the prize: Registered mail and printout of the email, Signed Authorization letter of the Winner. Photocopy of valid ID of the winner, 2 valid IDs of the representative, Original copy of Actual Receipt or printout of receipt if purchase was done online.

4.Redemption of prizes shall be within 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification. Prizes that are not claimed within this period shall be forfeited upon prior approval from DTI.
